Simple Individual Returns: $125 per return.
This is a new offer for those that have w2 income, dependents, single or married, only social security and have no additional complex tax situations. If you are unsure, please book a free consult to find out if you qualify.

Pay by Refund (Add-On): For an additional charge of $100, you can choose the Pay by Refund option. This allows you to pay $0 upfront for professional tax preparation (Excluding deposit for appointments), with the fee deducted from your refund when it is issued.
Refund Advance Option (Qualification Required): If you qualify, you can receive up to $2000 of your qualified refund upon filing.
DISCLAIMERS
The fees listed for Bookkeeping do not include the QuickBooks fees that you choose upon becoming a client.(Unless you already have QuickBooks set up prior or are signing up for QuickBooks Ledger Subscription.)
The QuickBooks fee, is paid by you for the services that you request based on the level that you need. You will always have a one-month free trial but will need to enter billing information to continue with your subscription after the first month. These fees are paid directly to QuickBooks each month on a subscription basis and are discounted by our client rate.
The fees listed above are for a dedicated bookkeeper and paid directly to our firm.
Notary Services
As a mobile notary service, we offer the convenience of traveling to you or meeting at a location of your choice.
Real Estate Documents: Loan Closings, Deeds, Title Transfers, Sellers Packages.
Medical Documents: Health & Medical Care, Living Wills, Advanced Health Care Directives.
Business Documents: Corporate Documents, Contracts, Employment Documents.
Family Documents: Estate Planning, Power of Attorney (POA), Adoption, Divorce, Domestic Partnership & Passports.
General Notary Fees (Set by the Pennsylvania Department of State).
Additional Fees (May Apply):
RON (Remote Online Notarization): Price Varies.
Travel: $25 within a 10-mile radius ($1 per mile after)
Copies: $1 per page
Supplying a Witness: $50 per witness
Weekend, After 5pm, Holiday Fee: $45
Additional Service Charge: 3.5% (unless paying by cash)
